When we gather
Events.
Circles, ceremonies, and gatherings with a time and a place. For ongoing work without a fixed date, see Offerings.
Upcoming
An invitation to slow down and let the land hold you. Born from a collaboration with Robyn of Crowsfoot Flower Farm — drink cacao, move gently through the garden, and harvest flowers for a communal altar, following the wisdom of the Mayan Cholq'ij spiritual calendar. $60 / person. To register, email curacacao.contact@gmail.com or DM @curacacao on Instagram.
Three days of movement, cold water, fire, and forest. A reset for the nervous system and a remembering of what the body is for. Bring boots and a willingness to be uncomfortable.
The collective rolls south. 2,700 km from Sooke to Baja over 54 days — circles, ceremonies, and gatherings in towns along the route. Join us for a day, a meal, or the whole road.
An afternoon in Diego's studio — current canvases, works in progress, and the plein air pieces behind them. Meet the artist, see the process, ask questions. Details to be announced.
Ongoing
A circle to gather and connect in song and heart medicine. Together we share ceremonial cacao to open the heart, then sing 3–4 medicine songs with our collective voices — no singing experience or "good voice" required. Held with Melissa Denuzzo. Exchange $25–$45. Location sent by email after registration.
Our signature community gathering. Music, movement, connection, food, fire. A monthly offering for people who want to feel what a village actually feels like. Kids welcome.
A weekly circle for men doing the work of showing up — for their families, their village, and themselves. Held every Tuesday evening in Sooke.
