Maps

Maps are not the territory, and every map here is provisional. We keep the ones that keep being useful.

The family–village map. Most modern suffering shows up when the family is asked to carry village-sized loads. Many of our offerings are attempts to put load back onto a village.

Rupture and repair. Connection breaks and is restored in a cycle. Health is not the absence of rupture; it's the reliability of repair.

Ground-down and up. Change that lasts starts in the body and the soil and builds upward into structure — not the other way around.

Hooks. The catalogue of what catches people — others' reactions, fear, the feed — and the practice of staying unhooked.
