Section 10 of 12
Processes
Decisions, conflict, repair, and money.
Decisions. The person closest to the work makes the call, after consulting the people affected. Collective-wide decisions — money, membership, changes to this Codex — go to a circle, and we look for consent (can you live with it?) rather than unanimous enthusiasm.
Conflict. First, the two people talk directly. If that doesn't land, a third person holds a clearing. If it still doesn't land, it goes to a circle. We do not let ruptures go quiet.
Repair. The one who caused harm names it and owns the impact, regardless of intent. The one harmed says what repair would look like. The village witnesses. Repair is an event, not a mood.
Money. Shared costs are agreed before they're incurred. Splits are written down. Members set their own prices and keep their own earnings. Anyone can ask to see where collective money went.
When a process fails. Note it. Bring it to the next circle. Amend the Codex.
